 Introducing Cheesecakes by Tammy's Kitchen
Oh what wonderful hidden talent is found in little Lake Tahoe! Lucky me, my son made a new friend
and in doing so I met his mother, Tammy. Now we are friends and WOW does she make cheesecakes
that will knock your socks off! I have tried many a cheesecake and make a pretty good one myself, but
Tammy's cheesecakes are truly outstanding and that is why I am offering them to my clients. Tammy's
cheesecakes come in a variety of flavors incorporating fresh fruits, homemade caramel, imported
chocolate, and liquors. Her cheesecakes are not the usual basic, cream cheese based, and graham
cracker crust cheesecakes. She is very creative in offering different flavored crust. She incorporates
ricotta cheese along with cream cheese adding extra flavor and texture. Her cheesecakes, though
creative and unique, still maintain the traditional qualities of cheesecake we all have come to love. I
am proud to offer Tammy's cheesecakes to my clients. I will gladly switch-out one of my desserts on
my "sample menus" if one of Tammy's cheesecakes is what you crave instead! It's easy! I will take
care of your order and pick up and deliver your cheesecake before I come over to cook for you that

Also, please note that a custom cheesecake may also be available by requesting a certain flavor crust
to go with a particular cheesecake flavor. Tammy also is accommodating to those who have allergies
(i.e. strawberries, nuts), or who do not wish to have alcohol.
